HMPO Digital Future Services - Case Working

Description

The contract for HMPO's level 3 support of digital applications and services that fall within the Caseworking "Product Family" has now been awarded via the CCS Technology Services 3 Framework Agreement. This has been awarded for an initial period of 24 months with up to three 12-month extension options available. The maximum contract value over the 5-year term is £59.9m, however spend will be via short, specific work packages for the support, maintenance and development of the Caseworking applications and services.
