Renewable and Low Carbon Energy Study for the Borough of Test Valley

Test Valley Borough Council is seeking the appointment of an appropriately qualified contractor to prepare a renewable and low carbon energy study for the Borough of Test Valley. The evidence must be robust, suitable to inform the approach taken in the preparation of the local plan and determination of planning applications. It must stand up to scrutiny at examination and during planning appeals.
