Work description
The Authority has awarded a contract to Charlecote Estates Ltd for the services of Estates Consultancy using the Services' three quote process on contract standing orders. Estates Consultancy to include the provision of: property agreement advice, telecoms mast experience and liaison, valuation support including DRC and investment, landlord and tenant advice and other real estate and property management support.
