NHSBSA Stella House Refurbishment Works - 0187

The NHS Business Services Authority require the following works: • Remove and dispose of existing glazed partition walls 2 x Print Rooms and 1 x Meeting Room. • The installation of new half wall partitions - Ground and 1st floors, Free standing 1400mm High • Decoration - Walls, install new Murals and Smart Walls • Dispose of existing carpet tiles and prepare floor for new • Supply and lay new carpet tiles • Dismantle and disposed of existing wooden cabinets • Repair skirting boards where required • Install new window Blinds - Mesh Roller These works are to take place at Stella House, Newburn Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 8NY.
