Maintenance and Support services for Trend Building & Energy Management (BEMS) and Control Systems

Description

Royal Marsden Hospital (hereafter referred to as RMH) Estates department currently controls, maintains and operates a Trend Building Management System (BEMS) which serves and operates numerous Medical Buildings located across RMH's site. The Trend BEMS system utilises RMH's IT infrastructure for connectivity and hosting of a full graphical Central Trend BMS Server which can be accessed via RMH desktop PC's. The contract shall include but not be limited to the following services; • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities • Conditioned Based Maintenance • Building Performance Maintenance (Energy Efficiency Measures) • Systems Electrical Testing • Site Support Services Additional information: "The tender documents can be accessed at https://www.lifecycle.co.uk/tenders.html Potential bidders must express their interest by clicking the link on the above web address to be registered on the tender portal.
