Online Safety service design and digital roadmap

Description

Ofcom requires support and advice in the design of a of an end-to-end digital business support service to support SMEs and other businesses in scope of the Online Safety Bill with compliance, and in the creation of a digital capability roadmap to build, test, deliver and iterate such a service. In order to best design and deliver the support service, we expect the successful tenderer to complete the following work: • A service design recommendations report and associated design prototypes; and • A capability assessment and roadmap for organisational development This will involve: • Participation in user research • Translation of user research insights into actionable plans • Developing solutions and prototyping • Online safety service design recommendations • Capability assessment and roadmap for organisational development • Strategic advice in alpha and beta
