Homeless Accommodation and Support

Charnwood Borough Council are seeking a supplier for the provision and management of an accommodation scheme for single homeless persons consisting of at least 10 bed spaces and provision of support services to residents of the scheme.

The Council's existing contract for the provision of services (a 5 bed space accommodation scheme with support) is due to end on 28th February 2019 and the Council propose entering into this current Contract on or around 1st April 2019.

TUPE implications may apply for 5 employees with the award of this contract.

The last date for request of documents is the 6/2/19, with tenders to be returned by the 15/2/19 as 12 Noon.
