GSV2287 - Diversity and Inclusion Training

Employees of the House of Lords' Administration work in a richly diverse environment, the value and advantage of this needs to be explored. The training will need to provide an overview of the Equality Act 2010 particularly where the Act introduces features not previously encompassed in the legislation and where it has made changes to pre-existing legislation. However, this learning must go beyond the legal framework and focus on creating a more diverse and inclusive culture.
