Dacorum Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Clerk of Works to act on the behalf of the Council (The Client) for the following sites: Project 1: Martindale, HP1 2QS - 65 units (planning reference 4/01587/16/MFA) Project 2: Northend Garage Site, Hemel Hempstead - 4 x 2 bed and 2 x 1 bed (planning reference 4/02647/17/FUL) and Westerdale Garage Site, Hemel Hempstead - 6 x 2 bed units (planning reference 4/02649/17/FUL) Project 3: Stationers Place, London Road, Hemel Hempstead - 8 X 1 bed flats & 18 x 2 bed flats (planning reference (4/03344/15/MFA)
