Provision of Employee Engagement and Insight - AWARD

Oxford City Council are seeking to appoint a supplier who can support our desire to engage with our organisation professionally and coherently through surveys and questionnaires and who can provide guidance on the best delivery and questionnaire modes. The appointed provider should be willing to work closely with the organisation to develop and deliver the programme according to further briefing by the People Team / Head of People.
