## Description

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced Contractor to undertake the construction of the A38 Bromsgrove Route Enhancement Programme \(BREP\)\. The appointment will be based on the NEC4 Engineering Construction Contract Option C - Target Contract with activity schedule\.
