Someries Infant School

This ITT is to provide a Professional Catering Service provision to Someries Infant School in Luton, Bedfordshire. The School is looking for a Catering Partner who will genuinely care about the food it serves and the Catering Team they employ. The creation of vibrant dining experience will underpin the success of the partnership by using fresh foods, delivering great service and by morally doing the right thing for all of the School stakeholders. Investment to the service would be considered but is not essential.

Additional information: Caterers must have experience in providing a food service provision to Infant or Primary Schools. A strong local management, presence within the area and the ability to provide local purchasing will be very important.

Menus that comply to the Soil Association Bronze accreditation would considered as a given, with the aspiration for the Silver accreditation as short term goal.

So a partner who can tailor menus, develop dining room experiences, create lasting food memories that engages all School stakeholders will be an essential requirement.
