• Removal of asbestos or asbestos containing materials including: o risk assessment for residents and workers from the asbestos removal o development of an asbestos removal plan o removal of asbestos in line with all relevant legislation including notification to the HSE, where required. o provision of all appropriate documentation including Hazardous Waste Consignment note. • Any enabling or making good works associated with the above.
