The key goals and aspirations of this procurement and subsequent contract will be:

• best-in-class, economically sustainable way of commissioning estates professional services; • national coverage for England, Wales and Scotland including its highlands and islands); • accurate maintenance of property records and asset information • provision of improved (more accurate) and well managed management information on DVSA's estate to inform investment, estates strategy and management decisions.
