Project Oriel OBC Author

Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is working to develop an Outline Business Case (OBC) for submission to regulators in autumn 2019. This proposal is for resource to write and 'hold the pen' on the OBC document as it is being developed, identify gaps in the document narrative and provide advice on how to fill. The key output is an OBC that reflects Treasury Green Book guidance resulting in NHSE, NHSI and Treasury approval.
