The primary objective of this contract is to identify clusters around the innovation capabilities in the region through regional 'capability mapping'. This greater visibility and improved accessibility of the innovation support available through better advice and peer-to-peer support will create an environment for innovation removing uncertainty and allowing for the related increase in innovation and productivity.
