## Description

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint to a Provider who can support the delivery of the 2020-30 education strategy for Blackpool and the linked Inclusion strategy, NEET strategy, Literacy strategy and SEND strategy by providing project management support, local and regional networking, best-practice sharing and links to national projects with similar aims and objectives\.
