## Description

The Contracting Authority needs to guarantee that it reaches Bangladeshi and Pakistani \(and ideally other Asian\) communities, so the procurement is split into 3 lots: 1\. Lot 1 - print media with readers from Bangladeshi and Pakistani \(and ideally other Asian\) communities 2\. Lot 2 - print media with readers from Bangladeshi \(and ideally other Asian\) communities 3\. Lot 3 - print media with readers from Pakistani \(and ideally other Asian\) communities Suppliers with Bangladeshi and Pakistani readers should only bid for lot 1 \(there is no need to also bid for lots 2 and 3\)\.
