This is a Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice \(VEAT\) to award a contract for an additional period of 3 years \(no extensions\), to the incumbent provider - Age UK Mid Mersey for the Provision of a Wellbeing and Engagement Service that supports older people \(50\+\) across the borough, in an holistic way, to 'Live Well' across the thematic areas of: • Health and Wellbeing • Social Inclusion • Personal Independence • Staying Connected This extension aims to maintain continuity and stability of service provision\. The annual contract value is £118,724\.00 and the total contract value for the period of 3 years £356,172\. This would be a direct award for the next three years with Age UK Mid Mersey\. Contract covering the period 12th February 2025 to 11th February 2028\.
