DN Colleges Group - Asbestos remediation works within the basement at UCNL, this work was to undertake the encapsulation of the spray coating in situ to the areas identified areas, damaged areas cleaned and re-encapsulated. To undertake the removal and disposal of the thermal insulation debris and residues identified. All pipework and plant to be pre-cleaned and sheeted out of the area, floors to be pre-cleaned, walls and ceilings to be scraped back to remove all lumps and bumps, visual inspection of walls to be undertaken at stage 2 of 4SC along with brush disturbance test, upon successful completion of stage 2, the walls and ceilings are then to be encapsulated with ET-150.
