## Description

Following the successful River of Light Trail in Oct/Nov 2022 and previous successful iterations of the River of Light Festival over the past few years, Culture Liverpool wish to continue growing and further develop the festival\. The festival will take place from Fri 27 October - Sun 5 November 2023 and be lit between the hours of 5pm - 9pm\.
