Event Technical Services - PIN

Portsmouth City Council (the 'council') would like to notify potential suppliers of our intention to publish a tender for event technical Services. The Council would like to consult with organisations on the proposed scope, specification and content of the contract.

The Council currently have a contract in place for the delivery of Event Technical Services. This contract is due to end on the 29th February 2024 and is currently valued IRO £50,000 per annum with an upper limit of £75,000.

The purpose of this engagement to 'test the market' to obtain a better understanding of the level of interest from potential suppliers in delivering this service.

We are also using the opportunity to share with you a top-level service specification and ask you to comment on our requirements. Any information a supplier shares could be used to assist drafting our final specification in support of any tender activity.

Additional information: Portsmouth City Council are undertaking an early market engagement exercise through the publication of a Prior Information Notice (PIN). This notice provides details of the council's requirements along with a questionnaire for interested suppliers to provide feedback.
