## Description

Cheshire West and Chester Council are seeking to commission a service to provide Integrated Healthy Child Programme and Children's Centre Core Offer Service\. As part of this process and in advance of a formal tender process we are undertaking a market engagement exercise to help us understand what the market looks like and potential levels of interest in the future commission of this service\. Community engagement has already taken place \(see appendix 1\) and we are undertaking a full Consultation from November 2025 to February 2026 which along with the early market testing, will inform the future delivery and configuration of the service\. Cheshire West and Chester Council is inviting responses from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the future delivery of the Integrated Healthy Child Programme \(HCP\) and Children's Centre Core Offer Service \(CC This is a market engagement activity conducted under the Provider Selection Regime \(PSR\)\.
