Newcastle-Under-Lyme Borough Council herein referred to as 'the Employer' wishes to place a contract for the new build Sports Changing Facilities including associated external works at Lower Milehouse Lane, Newcastle-Under-Lyme > The development consists of the new build construction of a Sport Changing Facility with a total GIFA circa 528m2 / 5,683 ft2. > Planning Approval has been granted for the development by the Local Authority. Copies of the approval notices are contained in the Employers Requirements.
