## Description

The appointment of a managing agent to assist Sefton Council with a Water & Sewerage Licence \(WSSL\) application as well as the implementation and operation of Water Self-Supply\. For a period of 1 year \(\+ 1\) operation \(excluding application process and setup\) The contract period will start following the successful application process for the OFWAT self-supply licence\. \(As per the OFWAT Application guidance for Water Supply and Sewerage licence \(WSSL\) limited to self-supply\)\.
