CSF Lot 2a - Carriageways Work Packages WPCW01b

Description

This Work Package consists of Carriageway and slope works at 6 separate sites within the Newlands Valley area of the Western region of Cumbria, namely Sites 1 & 3, Site 2, Site 4, Site 5 and Site 6 of the Newlands Valley slope stabilization scheme and Emerald Bank. This work package has been procured via a Single Stage Design & Build approach with the successful tenderer assuming the role of both Principal Designer and Principal Contractor. The package has been awarded based on the MEAT assessment in relation to the quality assessment and priced Activity Schedules(s), provided for each asset. The award of the work package has been based on the tendered value of the work package with a budget allowance included for anticipated additional work(s).
