## Description

Blackpool Council is inviting quotations from suitably qualified and experienced evaluation consultants to: i\) Undertake an independent evaluation of the Blackpool Transience Project ii\) Provide an understanding of whether the approach has been successful in achieving stabilisation within communities and project outcomes iii\) Develop ideas and guidance for future approaches to neighbourhood support
