Existing IT hosting infrastructure (e.g. rooms, servers, data storage) moved from on-premise facilities to a single cloud hosted service, in order to provide an improved and more efficient service. Transition of the day-to-day administration and technical support of IT hosting infrastructure from Trust staff to a managed service in order to reduce operational costs.
