Insurance Brokerage Service

Description

The Authorities within the AGAM Consortium, (currently confirmed as Bolton Council, Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Manchester City Council, Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council and Rochdale Borough Council) and other Manchester Partners, wish to appoint an insurance broker with the capability to offer risk management and consultancy services to assist in achieving best value for cost effective risk financing and risk management. During this contract, all or some members of the Consortium may choose to collaboratively procure one or more insurance coverages. The Consortium wishes to enter into a contract with a broker for two years with the option to extend for up to an additional two years on a one year plus one year basis). The Core Services required by the Authorities and for which proposals are now invited, relate primarily to Insurance broking and Insurance consultancy. However, elements of other services, such as Claims Management, Risk Management and Consultancy Services are also required as part of the Core Services.
