"Understanding service-level variation and improving performance": To examine service variation within the following mental health services \(Children & Young People's Services, IAPT, Community Mental Health Teams, Crisis Response\), SPT would like to complete a project to address the following question: "For each of these mental health services, how can the Sussex ICS use a detailed understanding of service expenditure, activities, workforce and KPIs to: \(i\) understand variation in how the service is commissioned and delivered, and \(ii\) identify tangible improvement opportunities?"
