T0229 Operations RIS3 Operate and Maintain Case Development

Description

National Highways is looking to set up a contract for provision of services to support the operations directorate as it builds its third road period case. The building of this case is a requirement as part of the Roads Investment Strategy periods (or road periods) and is required under the terms of its operating licence. This contract will provide support to National Highways staff in undertaking the initial stages of the case development necessary to: - undertake the process of collecting and baselining data, - developing performance options, - efficiency opportunities, and - defining the key themes which will underpin the third strategic case.
