External Legal Support for the Procurement of the Digital and IT Professional Services Framework

Provision of external legal support for the Digital and IT Professional Services Framework (DIPS), advice and support in drafting the Terms and Conditions, Invitation to Tender (ITT) guidance, and transition agreement to novate the Framework to Crown Commercial Services (CCS) at the two year anniversary and any other concerns/issues that arise during the relevant stages.
