\*\*\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\*\*\* This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the GCA RM6126 Research & Insights DPS\. Brief Description of Requirement The Committee on Fuel Poverty \(CFP\) is an independent advisory body with an annual research budget of £120k, which DESNZ helps to facilitate and manage\. The team is currently at the scoping stage of the Committee on Fuel Poverty \(CFP\)'s 2026/27 research project\. The CFP have decided to undertake a two-year programme of research\. This would mean procuring a project that spans both FY 2026/27 and FY 2027/28, with the contractor being funded from two separate financial year budgets\.
