Work description
The Council requires full land referencing services in respect of the CPO relating to the Western Link Road Scheme in Warrington.
The Services must have regard to the contents of the Guidance on Compulsory purchase process and the Crichel Down Rules (July 2019) and DfT Circulars 1/97 and 2/97
