## Description

The Council requires the provision, licencing, support and maintenance of an on-premise Electoral Services IT system, for the Electoral Registration Officer \(ERO\) and Returning Officer \(RO\) to discharge their statutory functions with the assistance of the Service based in the Town Hall\.
