## Description

The Council is inviting tenders for the electrical and mechanical corrective maintenance of corporate properties including planned and emergency maintenance to sites within the boundaries of the Borough of St\. Edmundsbury and the District of Forest Heath using the JCT Measured Term Contract 2011\. A guide to the works involved in each trade group and the approximate values of works per annum can be found in the Scope of Works document\.
