Direct award via CCS \(now known as GCA\) Framework Vertical Application Solutions VAS \(RM6259\), Lot 3 Housing, Environmental and Planning Solutions The Greater Manchester Combined Authority \(GMCA\), in partnership with the Greater London Authority \(GLA\), is delivering a strategic Digital Planning project funded by MHCLG\. The project applies the learning from Greater London Authority's development of the London Planning Data Hub to replicate a version that would be beneficial to Greater Manchester
