QS Services - LED Lighting, Solar PV and Heat Pumps Schemes (PSDS)

RIBA Plan of Work Stages 2 to 7 inclusive (Concept Design to In Use), acting as Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator during Stages 5, 6 & 7. This will include the active participation and collaboration with the Design Team as a whole, attendance to all meetings and report back to the appointed Project Manager on a regular basis.

Regular reviews and reports are to be provided to the Trust PM in order to monitor progress and to provide financial updates that can be relayed monthly to Salix (grantor).
