GB-Colchester: Roofing Works at Colbea Central Colchester

Colchester Borough Homes on behalf of Colchester Borough Council are looking for an experienced roofing contractor to complete the following work within the centre of Colchester. The works required are raising the height of the existing masonry parapet and gable walls to the roof including replacing the stone copings and the flashing plus other sundry works.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Expressions of interest must be received by 17:00 hrs. on Friday 11th August 2017. Completed tenders must be uploaded and submitted via the Delta e-sourcing portal by 12:00 (noon) on Monday 14th August 2017.
