LCCC is looking for a specialist advisor that can formulate different design options for a Carbon based CfD, refine these for the purpose on the power sector and run power sector analysis to tease out possible impacts of a Carbon based CfD\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
