STH - RHH Franking Machine Lease Agreement

Description

The current purchased franking machine at Royal Hallamshire Hospital requires replacing with a Business Mail Advance- compatible machine to ensure that the Trust can take advantage of Business Mail rates to optimise savings. The requirement for a franking machine is essential to provide a postal service for the delivery of franked mail. The estimated volume for the site is c. 60,000 item per month. The new franking machine will be on a 6-year lease term. This is to include the franking machine lease license, WTS tracking solution, handheld scanner and essential care service and support contract. Procured via Call-Off from RM6280 Postal Services Lot 1.
