## Description

The current purchased franking machine at Royal Hallamshire Hospital requires replacing with a Business Mail Advance- compatible machine to ensure that the Trust can take advantage of Business Mail rates to optimise savings\. The requirement for a franking machine is essential to provide a postal service for the delivery of franked mail\. The estimated volume for the site is c\. 60,000 item per month\. The new franking machine will be on a 6-year lease term\. This is to include the franking machine lease license, WTS tracking solution, handheld scanner and essential care service and support contract\. Procured via Call-Off from RM6280 Postal Services Lot 1\.
