GB-London: Ceremonial Events Consultancy Framework

The Royal Parks is seeking consultants to undertake crowd management and strategic event planning in connection with events and ceremonies held in The Royal Parks. Work will be undertaken on an ad-hoc basis with consultants engaged in whole or part days. Work will include writing reports, performing assessments and liaising with a range of stakeholders.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
