## Description

Sutton Housing Partnership \(SHP\), on behalf of the London Borough of Sutton \(LBS\) is issuing a Request For Quotation \(RFQ\) for the Provision Fire Safety Works\. SHP provides a comprehensive tenancy management service for the tenants and assumes the role of responsible person under Regulation 3 of the Regulatory Reform Order \(Fire Safety\) Regulations as amended by the Fire Safety Act\. This applies to the non-domestic parts of the properties, \(i\.e\. communal areas and plant areas\), however SHP also assumes the responsibilities of the 'client' under the Construction \(Design and Management\) Regulations 2015 \(CDM2015\)\. It is the Council's intention to appoint at least one Supplier up to a maximum of two Suppliers through this tender process \(successful Tenderer\(s\)\)\. In order to robustly deliver the remainder of the SHP Fire Safety Works programme as outlined in the tender documents supplied\. This will be determined through the tender process and the overall quality of the submissions received\. The contract will be between £1\.3m and £2\.6m depending on whether there are one or two suppliers\.
