## Description

SWISCo is a private limited company wholly owned by, and delivering services on behalf of, Torbay Council, and was launched on 1st July 2020\. A range of services is already being delivered to residents, and SWISCo will also cater to the commercial sector, with plans to develop and expand services over time as the company becomes more established\. SWISCo are looking to purchase a Tractor Mounted Detachable Groundkeeper Mounted Cut & Collect Mower, for the management of rewilding grass areas and to support Torbay's position regarding the climate emergency\.
