CFA - Windows Replacement at Devon and Stratford House - BHH

Description

In the ITT for this tender, the Authority reserved the right to award the full specification or for the number of windows, depending on the size of the budget allocated for this project (Annex B4 - Pricing for Tender). Therefore, while the Trust intends to award the full contract, the Trust will separate the project into two phases: Phase 1 - completing the specified windows for Devon House, as described in the tender - the work to start commencing the contract start date. Phase 2 - depends on the capital budget available for the next financial year (2022/23) - The Trust will confirm within six months of the contract start date, if funds are available and the project can continue completing Phase Two. Phase Two is to be completed under the same spec. and commercial conditions proposed by the winning supplier.
