## Description

Users in the 5 FSA offices will require access to cloud services and there is no requirement for branch-to-branch connectivity\. Cloud services are currently predominantly text and static image HTML; however, increased use is being made of interactive audio and video services for hybrid working with potential requirements for business use of IOT, gaming and virtual reality technologies\.
