## Description

South Gloucestershire Council is looking for a supplier for the provision of Legionella Water Testing\. Suppliers will need to meet the legislative requirements of the Health & Safety Executive Approved Code of Practice and Guidance on Regulations of the Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems \(ACoP\) L8 and in particular Part 2 \(HSG274\): The Control of Hot and Cold Water ystems\. The contract duration is for 3 years with the potential to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods \(total contract length up to 5 years\)
