BT1627 - Effective Engagement with Private Sector

Luton Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant or consultancy team to support the Council to work more effectively with landlords and agents in the private rented sector. Notwithstanding the increases in costs associated with managing homes, which has resulted in increased levels of homelessness, the relationship between the Council and other agencies, in this area, isn't as productive as it needs to be. Improvements need to be made and the level of communications also require a step-change.
