## Description

The works comprise the renovation and redecoration of all the windows \(48 No\) to a 3-storey Grade II listed building comprising 12 No\. flats and the communal areas\. All windows except 3 No\. are timber sliding sash types with spiral sash balances\. The condition of the windows varies considerably with some needing complete replacement; some needing new beading, rails or joint repairs and others only requiring general overhaul, rubbing down and replacing\.
